COOP is the renovation of the former Moulart mill at Anderlecht, which bears witness to the area's industrial and historical heritage.

The project's main activity is hosting new or growing small and medium-sized businesses.  This activity, which accounts for around 75% of the renovated areas within the building (3,000m²), aims among other things to fulfil the needs of SMEs who have started in business centres. The site offers around 20 modular areas designed for these businesses.

The building also houses a site for waterways innovation (construction, repair, and maintenance of wooden boats), in cooperation with various local and European actors (Leonardo EU Boat project).

The site can also host individual events, for which the auditorium (70 places) and/or the meeting rooms can be hired. A cafeteria is also available.

Not forgetting… "The Canal Discovery and Innovation Centre" (exhibitions, training, events, visits, etc.) a unique site to discover a different Brussels story… The ERDF's intervention in the infrastructure works amounts to €8.3 million, 50% of which has been covered by the European authorities and 50% by the Region.
