The ERDF project: the CPAS of the City of Brussels bought the industrial building "Byrrh" in 2007. The project supported by the ERDF is the creation of a cluster of urban economic activities, which required the renovation and restoration of the listed building (10,231 m²). The project is now operational.

The BE-HERE project

Is meant to offer alternatives to expanding businesses and to attract new economic players to the Brussels Capital Region.  Semi-industrial, storage, production and sales areas, but also offices with shared infrastructure are made available.    Priority goes to businesses in the sustainable food sector or adjacent sectors, but also social economy projects that generate jobs.

To conclude: 

Being a lively site, showcasing sustainable food, accessible to the public and the district: 

with an organic market and a varied offer of locally produced food (beer, biscuits, coffee, chocolate, etc.) and activities and entertainment for the public.
